Refrigerator repair Aliso Viejo
Refrigerator repair in Aliso Viejo covers French door, side-by-side, built-in and undercounter units. A refrigerator that has stopped cooling cannot wait, so same-day slots stay open every day and the parts that fail most often ride on the van.
Homes here are newer, which means the refrigerators are newer too: French door models with through-the-door water and ice, and built-in units in remodelled kitchens. Those bring their own faults. Water and ice dispensers fail more often than the cooling does, usually at the inlet valve, the dispenser flap or a water line that has frozen inside the door.
The cooling complaints are the standard four: warm fresh food section with a working freezer, a unit that runs without stopping, ice building at the back of the compartment, or water on the floor. A failed evaporator fan, a defrost fault and a sealed system problem look the same from outside and are separated by measurement.

Questions we get asked
The ice maker stopped but the refrigerator is cold. Do you fix just that?
Yes, ice makers and water dispensers are repaired on their own. Common causes are a frozen fill tube, a failed inlet valve, or a worn ejector motor, and none of them require touching the cooling system.
Water is leaking from the dispenser in the door. What is it?
Usually the dispenser valve or the water line inside the door, which can freeze and split. On French door models it is one of the more frequent faults, and it is repairable.
The freezer works but the fridge is warm. What causes that?
Almost always the evaporator fan or the defrost system. Cold air is made in the freezer and moved across, so a failed fan or an iced-over evaporator leaves one side cold and the other not.
Do you repair built-in and column refrigerators?
Yes, and our technicians are factory trained for them. On built-ins the diagnosis matters more than the part, because replacing the wrong component on a column unit is expensive.
How soon can you come out?
Same day in most cases when you call early enough in the day. Call (800) 860-0974 and ask the office for a window.
